All orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email (and whatsapp where applicable) once your order is successfully placed, and another notification when your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline
We offer reliable and timely home delivery on all orders.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges — if any — will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time based on order value, promotional campaigns, or specific products.
4. Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/whatsapp.
You can use the courier partner’s portal to check the delivery status in real time.
5. Delivery & Receipt
Deliveries are typically made during business hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM)
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the package to a local facility.
6. Shipping Restrictions & Address Issues
We currently deliver within India only.
Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, and certain remote locations may incur longer delivery times.
Please enter the correct delivery address and pin code at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Delays & Exceptions
Although we make every effort to deliver on time, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
Extreme weather or natural disasters
Courier partner disruptions
Government-mandated lockdowns or restrictions
High seasonal order volume
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and notify our customer support at hello@headsupfortails.com within 24 hours of delivery.
In case of confirmed damage or loss, we will arrange a replacement or refund basis investigation & our policies.
9. Cancellations & Order Modifications
You may cancel your order before it’s dispatched by yourself or contacting our support team.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled in transit. You may return the order under our return policy after delivery (see linked Return & Replacement Policy).
